See your doctor when you need to …

“Premier Appointments,” HealthCare Partners’ innovative scheduling system (available to patients of HealthCare Partners Medical Group only), allows you to see your doctor when you need to—even the same day.  This service is available in many of our doctors' offices.  If you are experiencing a sore throat, the flu, aches and pains, any non-life threatening medical problem, please call your doctor's office to see your personal doctor the day you call, or schedule your appointment at your convenience.  If a premier appointment is not available, HealthCare Partners also has Urgent Care Centers to serve you.

How does it work?

Physicians begin their day with only part of their daily schedules booked in advance. Patients who call are scheduled into the open slots. This system enables doctors to spend more free time with patients and better manage your care. With more timely and thorough treatments, you’ll need fewer return visits, which in turn frees up future appointment slots.
