To be eligible for transfer, you MUST:
1. Possess the minimum qualifications for the position posted. Please read the job qualifications carefully.
2. Have been in your current position at least six (6) months, unless authorized by the Director of Employee Services (temporary, per-diem, and on-call employees are exempt from this requirement).
3. Have attained a "meets standards" on your most recent performance assessment evaluation.
4. Have no written performance improvement plan (PIP) action within the past six (6) months of employment (documented informal counseling and documented verbal counseling are not applicable).
You may submit a request for transfer to a maximum of two positions within a two week timeframe. Once you have selected your position(s), you will be required to complete the online HCP Employee Application. There is no need to submit multiple applications. If you want to apply for another position in the future, the system will retrieve your previous application (as long as you remember you User Name and Password). If you are selected for interview, you will be required to immediately notify your current supervisor that you are being considered for a transfer.
