Eligibility for Health and Welfare Benefits - If you are a regular status employee full-time scheduled to work at least 32 hours per week or a job-sharing clinician, you are eligible to enroll in the health and welfare benefits offered by HealthCare Partners Medical Group, Inc. Coverage will begin on the first of the month following or coincident with one (1) month of employment.
