Year after year, more than 90 percent of our patients consistently give our physicians and services top satisfaction scores. We’ve also won a few awards along the way.
The Integrated Healthcare Association has recognized HealthCare Partners as a top-performing California medical group for the past four years, since IHA began measuring and awarding medical groups based on their performance in clinical quality, patient care experience, and use of information technology in patient care.
HealthCare Partners Medical Group received overall scores of 99 and 97 on PacifiCare's Fall 2005 Quality Index Profile, putting us in the top 10 percent of the physician groups measured statewide. The Quality Index rates PacifiCare- and Secure Horizons-contracted physician groups and IPAs on more than 40 measures related to clinical and service quality, affordability, and administrative accuracy.
